Ahead the Nov. 11, 2023 off season governorship elections in Bayelsa, Chief Timipre Sylva, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate at the weekend held consultations with former President , Dr Goodluck Jonathan to seek his blessings ahead commencement of campaigns.

It was learnt that Sylva was accompanies by Bayelsa APC Chairman, Dr Denis Otiotio and members of the State Executive.

A source who was part of the 'closed door' meeting told Niger Delta News Feeds that Jonathan received Sylva and his team at the ex-president's Abuja residence.and described th3 mission as fruitful.
